Sell Your Private Company
We are actively pursuing private businesses with a healthy mix of the below investment criteria:
- Annual sales roughly between $500,000 to $5 million;
- Annual profit levels in the $100,000 to $1 million range (preferred profitability metric is free cash flow);
- Operating history of at least five to 10 years;
- Demonstrated track record of profitability over a full economic cycle (three to five years);
- Return on equity in the mid-teens, or higher;
- Minimal levels of indebtedness (e.g. debt to equity ratio range of 0% to 50% – the lower, the better);
- Low annual levels of maintenance capex (growth capex is less of a concern);
- With our without day-to-day management individual(s); and
- Ideally, an offering price
